Description

You will build application software and RESTful services within a cloud microservice-based architecture.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop components across all tiers of the application stack using the Spring Framework and Pivotal Cloud Foundry.
• Modify CI/CD pipelines and scripts to improve continuous integration and deployment practices.
• Consult with product managers to identify minimum viable products and decompose features into stories.
• Collaborate with other product teams on integrations, testing, and deployments.
• Apply Test Driven Development (TDD) and code pairing or mobbing practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Extensive experience with Java, Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF), and the Spring Framework.
• Hands-on experience with Swagger, Spring Security, SonarQube, and Circuit Breaker/Hystrix.
• Proficiency in managing logging and tracing within distributed services.
• Strong understanding of relational databases, NoSQL databases, and flat file processing.
• Experience working in Extreme Agile and DevOps environments.
• Technical knowledge of microservice architecture and RESTful services.
• Ability to own product delivery end-to-end, from strategy and development to launch and support.
• Competency with SQL and CI/CD workflows.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years of experience with React or Angular.
