Description

You will lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of solutions on the Stibo Platform.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and maintenance of Stibo Platform solutions to align with business needs.
  • Oversee synchronization of lower environments with Production and maintain platform updates at N-1 release.
  • Manage the RunOps team to ensure adherence to SLAs and effective collaboration with external partners like Stibo.
  • Collaborate with architects to strategize, estimate, and plan new platform functionalities and resource allocation.
  • Enforce governance over development environments to ensure system integrity and seamless upgrades.

Required Skills

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in Master Data Management (MDM).
  • 5+ years of experience working on the Stibo Platform or comparable MDM platforms.
  • Proficiency in Java, XML, XSLT, SQL, and APIs.
  • Deep knowledge of MDM technologies and data integration processes.
  • Experience leading technical RunOps teams and managing SLA compliance.
  • Proven ability to manage and synchronize development environments with Production systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in strategic planning and providing detailed estimates for platform development.
  • Ability to mentor junior engineers and drive platform enhancements based on industry trends.
