Description

You will develop software solutions and lead technical projects to improve the experience of key customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support code for high-profile projects with full ownership of assigned tasks.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Support, Account Management, Product Management, and Product Development.
• Work alongside business analysts, conversion engineers, and QA engineers to deliver solutions with minimal defects.
• Mentor team members and act as a technical consultant and customer champion.
• Communicate technical solutions clearly and concisely to both internal teams and external customers.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency with Oracle.
• Experience with SQL Server.
• Experience with PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Cassandra.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Ability to work in a service-focused role involving direct customer interaction.
