Define solution architecture and technical strategy for enterprise-level programs.

Responsibilities

• Identify strategic technical opportunities to maximize business impact.
• Create and maintain solution architecture artifacts, reference architectures, and technical roadmaps.
• Partner with stakeholders to transform business objectives into scalable, secure technical solutions.
• Mentor team members and provide strategic technical direction.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of enterprise-level engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, technology, engineering, math, or equivalent experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills for complex technical challenges.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Experience in a collaborative, matrixed environment.
• Informal team leadership and mentoring experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms, specifically AWS.
• Proven track record in solution architecture and system design.
