Description

You will manage service availability, reliability, and defect prevention within production environments. You will own the release pipeline and supportability of new releases.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve service disruptions to meet critical service level commitments.
  • Implement monitoring and automation solutions for production stability.
  • Collaborate with developers to build and maintain continuous integration and continuous delivery workflows.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for complex production issues.
  • Create and maintain support documentation and standard operating procedures.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering or DevOps roles.
  • Proficiency in Javascript.
  • Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure.
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven ability to handle time-sensitive issues and production outages.
