Description

Develop, ship, and maintain large-scale web applications and RESTful services.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain large-scale web applications using strongly typed, general-purpose programming languages.
• Build and maintain RESTful web services using the WebAPI framework.
• Manage and tune relational databases for optimal performance.
• Own the full lifecycle of large-scale application development and maintenance.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of industry experience developing web applications.
• Mastery of C# and the .NET framework.
• Experience with GO.
• Proficiency with the MVC stack and Visual Studio.
• Experience building RESTful services with WebAPI.
• Hands-on experience with relational databases such as MySQL or Postgres Server.
• Ability to perform database performance tuning.
• Solid computer science fundamentals across multiple disciplines.

Preferred Skills

• Proven track record of shipping and maintaining large-scale applications.
