Description

Lead front-end development for scalable web applications in India.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex software solutions and scalable architectures.
• Write high-quality, maintainable, and testable code across the full development lifecycle.
• Set up project foundations, including linting, prettier, and testing configurations.
• Analyze, debug, and troubleshoot complex technical issues to improve system reliability.
• Lead code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure adherence to coding standards.

Required Skills

• 7-12 years of experience in front-end development.
• 4-5 years of hands-on experience with React.js, Vue.js, or Angular.js.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and understanding when to use it over plain JavaScript.
• 2-3 years of experience writing unit and integration tests for testable code.
• Expertise in CSS frameworks like Tailwind and various UI libraries.
• Deep understanding of JavaScript performance optimization.
• Proficiency with Git and hosting services like GitHub or Bitbucket.
• Experience implementing SSO, social logins, and authentication patterns.
• Knowledge of real-time communication using WebSockets.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with large-scale SaaS applications.
• Knowledge of MongoDB.
• Understanding of Server-Side Rendering (SSR).
