Build AI-powered automation systems and backend infrastructure that orchestrate intelligent agents across enterprise platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement intelligent agents to automate complex, repetitive workflows in specialized enterprise software.
• Architect backend services that orchestrate agentic workflows, ensuring concurrency, reliability, and observability at scale.
• Build systems integrating state-of-the-art AI models (LLMs, vision models) to extract structured data and drive adaptive execution logic.
• Own production reliability, performance monitoring, and incident response for mission-critical customer workflows.
• Collaborate directly with the CTO and founding team to ship ambitious product milestones and iterate based on customer feedback.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional engineering experience building production systems.
• Fluency in TypeScript, Python, or Rust (bonus for multiple).
• Hands-on experience integrating with AI/ML models (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar APIs).
• Proven ability to build scalable distributed systems and backend services.
• Experience with database design and optimization.
• AI-native mindset: daily use of AI tools (Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate development.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to break down ambiguous requirements into shippable solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with distributed workflow orchestration (Temporal.io, Cadence, or similar).
• Infrastructure as code and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
