Description

You will build AI-powered automation systems and scalable backend infrastructure to orchestrate intelligent agentic workflows across enterprise platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement intelligent agents that automate complex, repetitive workflows across specialized enterprise software.
• Architect backend services to handle concurrency, reliability, and observability for agentic workflows at scale.
• Build systems integrating state-of-the-art AI models (LLMs, vision models) to generate workflows and extract structured data.
• Develop robust APIs and data pipelines connecting field operations to back-office systems while ensuring production reliability.
• Collaborate directly with the founding team to break down product goals into shippable milestones and iterate based on customer feedback.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional engineering experience building production systems.
• Fluency in TypeScript, Python, or Rust (bonus for proficiency in more than one).
• Hands-on experience integrating with AI/ML model APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar).
• Proven ability to build scalable distributed systems and backend services.
• Database design and optimization expertise.
• AI-native mindset: daily use of AI tools like Claude, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot to accelerate development.
• Strong problem-solving skills for translating ambiguous requirements into working solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with distributed workflow orchestration tools such as Temporal.io or Cadence.
• Infrastructure as code and containerization experience (Docker, Kubernetes).
