You will integrate governance, risk, and compliance requirements into technical architectures and engineering workflows.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain policies and procedures to meet organizational regulatory needs.
• Collaborate with engineering and regulatory readiness teams to translate technical requirements into actionable designs.
• Act as a technical advisor during architectural design and proof of concept sessions, producing diagrams that incorporate GRC requirements.
• Participate in audits and assessments to identify gaps and develop technical solutions to remediate them.
• Lead implementation teams or execute hands-on solutions for special GRC projects.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in information security technology compliance, risk, or audit.
• Experience with compliance frameworks, controls, and regulations.
• Hands-on experience with Cloud Security Compliance Controls, specifically within AWS.
• Proven track record of managing enterprise-prioritized GRC projects in business and technical environments.
• Ability to conduct compliance assessments and apply necessary remediations.
• Strong communication skills for managing internal and external stakeholder relationships.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

Preferred Skills

• Information security certifications such as CISM, CISA, or GIAC.
• Experience using audit and compliance management tools like Alation, BigID, Immuta, or Anomalo.
• Experience working with Snowflake or Databricks data warehouses.
