Description

Lead test strategy and automation for global supply chain projects including ERP, WMS, and TMS systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead test planning and execution for functional and automated testing across supply chain platforms.
• Translate business requirements into functional test scenarios and automated scripts with full traceability.
• Design and maintain robust automation frameworks covering UI, API, and data validation.
• Manage the defect lifecycle including root cause analysis, prioritization, and closure.
• Drive CI/CD integration for continuous testing and report metrics on coverage and readiness.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of QA/testing experience, including 2+ years in a test lead capacity.
• Hands-on expertise with Selenium, Tosca, UFT, or Cypress.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Proven ability to design and maintain UI and API automation frameworks.
• Experience with TestRail for test case management.
• Understanding of supply chain processes (planning, sourcing, logistics).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
• Familiarity with large ERP environments (SAP) and WMS systems.
