Description

You will drive quality engineering best practices by building test automation, infrastructure, and performing code analysis to enable development quality.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with development teams to enhance software development processes and automate test and release workflows.
• Mentor and coach developers in QE methodologies, design patterns, and building high-quality software.
• Plan test strategies and acceptance criteria covering functional, non-functional, and user experience requirements.
• Participate in PoCs to assist with the selection of vendor solutions, technologies, and frameworks.
• Drive a self-service culture for quality automation within Agile and DevOps environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong programming proficiency in Java, C++, or JavaScript.
• Experience with CI/CD practices and implementation using Jenkins.
• Hands-on expertise with Agile/DevOps frameworks, including TDD and BDD.
• Experience automating web and native applications across Android and iOS platforms.
• Proficiency in using CSS and XPath-based locators and Page Object modeling.
• Ability to programmatically leverage SOAP and REST services via Java.
• Experience with Maven build configurations and debugging techniques.
• Knowledge of microservices and cloud environments.
• Experience using Agile tools such as Rally and ALM.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with integration testing and data virtualization tools.
• Understanding of how localization and internationalization affect web and native applications.
