Description

You will design and develop software for embedded devices, leading architecture, design, and prototyping efforts.

Responsibilities

• Write, review, and unit test high-quality code for embedded devices.
• Develop and maintain device drivers and Linux subsystems.
• Optimize system performance using memory and profiling tools.
• Implement inter-process communications and remote procedure calls.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in software development for embedded devices.
• Proficiency in modern C and C++ (including C++11/C++14 or C++17).
• Hands-on experience with Embedded Linux and BSP.
• Experience with POSIX-based systems such as Linux or QNX.
• Strong understanding of multithreading, algorithms, and the C++ build process.
• Solid knowledge of IPC, RPC, and communication paradigms like client-server, peer-to-peer, and publish/subscribe.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer/Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with IP-based protocols: HTTP, TLS, REST, Websockets, JSON, XML, Protobufs, Flatbuffers, RTP, RTSP, or HLS.
