Description

You will own the development, maintenance, and scaling of backend APIs supporting warehousing operations and multiple applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable backend APIs using C# and .NET 8.
• Implement event-driven asynchronous architectures using Azure Event Grid and Azure Functions.
• Refactor code using SOLID principles to ensure maintainability and system extensibility.
• Optimize API performance and resolve bottlenecks across backend and frontend components.
• Integrate security measures into APIs and web interfaces to protect data integrity.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Expertise in C# and the .NET Framework.
• Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency with NoSQL, specifically Azure Table Storage.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Azure, including stateless compute and event-driven services.
• Strong understanding of SOLID principles and object-oriented design.
• Proficiency with Git for version control.
• Ability to write unit tests and perform debugging.
• Knowledge of web security practices and data protection.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
• Full stack development skill set.
