Description

You will lead the end-to-end development of complex applications using DotNet Core and Angular, while mentoring junior developers and enforcing code quality standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development for complex applications built on DotNet Core and Angular.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to elevate team capabilities.
• Conduct rigorous code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure overall software quality.
• Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to deliver features on schedule.
• Coordinate with IT support to resolve deployment issues and optimize code for performance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in software development.
• Proficiency in DotNet Core.
• Proficiency in Angular.
• Strong understanding of the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or MCA.
• Proven problem-solving and team collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in an IT company registered under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA).
