Description

You will design, develop, and maintain Java-based backend services and APIs for the Cotiviti product suite, ensuring performance and scalability across the full stack.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust backend services and RESTful APIs.
• Analyze and resolve software issues reported by internal or external customers.
• Optimize application performance and scalability for existing systems.
• Lead technical discussions, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers.
• Document specifications, designs, and operational procedures before production rollout.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot based applications.
• Hands-on experience with message brokers like RabbitMQ or Apache Kafka.
• Deep understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Ability to integrate UI components using Angular and TypeScript.
• Proven track record executing the full Software Development Lifecycle.
