Description

You will build scalable applications and features using Java and Kotlin, managing the full lifecycle from design to production deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Apply design patterns to develop scalable features and solve complex technical challenges.
• Deploy code to production and manage DevOps workflows using CI/CD tools.
• Collaborate with product managers to prioritize sprint features and technical requirements.
• Develop and update proof of concepts to facilitate team testing and feedback.
• Promote engineering best practices and emerging standards across the development lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Java and functional programming.
• Hands-on experience with Kotlin.
• 4+ years of experience building GraphQL APIs.
• 4+ years of experience building RESTful APIs.
• Strong experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Cosmos DB.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud stack technologies.
• Working knowledge of Apache Kafka or other event streaming tools.
• 5 years of experience using Git for version control and Jira for project management.
• Proficiency with JSON, web service technologies, and data structure fundamentals.
• Experience working within Agile development environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the banking domain.
