Description

You will build automation solutions using Robotic Process Automation, OCR, and Machine Learning to solve complex manual processes in Finance, Insurance, and Health Care.

Responsibilities

• Implement RPA, OCR, and ML functions within the WorkFusion platform to solve real-world problems.
• Own large-scale projects from end-to-end delivery with minimal oversight.
• Communicate directly with customers and partners to gather requirements and ensure project success.
• Scale solutions for high throughput in hybrid environments using both ML and rule-based models.
• Mentor junior teammates and act as a stakeholder for the product team.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in Java and full stack development.
• Strong understanding of OOP and design patterns.
• Experience with distributed systems and application integration using REST.
• Basic administration knowledge of Unix/Linux and MS Windows.
• Intermediate+ English communication skills.
• Experience in customer-facing roles.
• Ability to work with high-level requirements and critical thinking.
