Description

You will build and maintain data processing solutions using Java, Spark, and AWS services.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop software using Java and Spark APIs.
• Deploy and operate applications within AWS using Glue and Lambda.
• Design and implement data development utilizing microservices architecture.
• Build and maintain automated test suites including Unit, End-to-End, and Performance testing.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spark APIs.
• Experience deploying applications in AWS, specifically Glue and Lambda.
• Proficiency with Spring and Spring Boot frameworks.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline implementation.
• Experience with data development principles.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with AWS services like Step Functions and SNS.
• Experience with Jenkins, Docker, Splunk, CloudWatch, DataDog, Snowflake, or Databricks.
