Description

Drive technical direction for fraud platform investments and ensure core case management engine integrity.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement technical solutions for on-premise and AWS services using Pega PRPC 8.x.
• Build and maintain scalable, available, and secure case management systems.
• Execute proof-of-concept implementations for new applications and services.
• Mentor team members on cloud service technologies and technical trends.
• Assist in production escalations, systems operations, and problem resolution.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of IT experience with at least 10 years in Pega and 3 years in Java.
• Pega LSA or CLSA1 certification.
• Hands-on design and development experience with Pega PRPC 8.x and the Java ecosystem.
• Experience building high-traffic distributed systems (e.g., 1k transactions per second) with high availability and fault tolerance.
• Working knowledge of the AWS platform.
• Experience with SQL, Oracle, Amazon RDS, and Amazon Aurora.
• Experience developing event-driven and microservice architectures using Kafka or Kinesis.
• Experience implementing synchronous and asynchronous system integrations.
• Proficiency with Git, Jira, Confluence, and CI/CD tools.

Preferred Skills

• AWS Developer Associate or AWS Architect Associate certification.
• Experience in e-commerce, payments, fraud, chargeback, or financial domains.
• Experience with Pega Customer Decision Hub and RPA.
