You will design and develop scalable microservices within a logistics environment, translating business requirements into precise technical specifications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable microservices using Spring MVC, Web Flux, and Spring Boot.
• Manage application configuration and implement Kafka topics and consumers.
• Triage, research, and resolve root causes for production incidents.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to deliver value in an agile environment.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Expertise in Java, JPA, and RESTful web services.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/Angular, Python, and Object-Oriented Programming.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka and SLF4J logging.
• Experience with database tools including DB2, SQL, and Oracle.
• Experience deploying to Kubernetes containerized platforms.
• Knowledge of CI methodologies and automated testing tools.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as AppD, Splunk, ELK, or Grafana.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with WebMethods integration platforms.
• Knowledge of Transportation Management, Manhattan Slotting, or Labor Management systems.
• Experience with Proship.
