You will design and develop scalable software applications, managing data processes and automating workflows across distributed systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable software applications using Oracle, PL/SQL, and SQL.
• Manage data processes using Netezza Mustang, Twinfin, and Vertica.
• Execute complex queries and automate workflows using Unix Shell Scripting and Autosys.
• Collaborate within Agile and Waterfall development methodologies to deliver integrated solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Proficiency in Oracle, PL/SQL, and SQL.
• Experience with Unix Shell Scripting and Vi Editor.
• Hands-on work with Hadoop, Hive, and Impala.
• Knowledge of Informatica and Git/Bit-Bucket.
• Experience using TFS, JIRA, and HP Quality Center.
• Familiarity with HTML and XML.
• Competency with tools such as Toad, SQL Developer, and Squirrel.
• Working knowledge of Perforce and Super Putty.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in both Waterfall and Agile environments.
