Description

You will own the maintenance, enhancement, and migration of an internal .NET Framework web application.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Implement enhancements and improvements to the existing .NET Framework MVC application.
• Write and execute unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and stability.
• Deploy application changes and manage the release lifecycle.
• Investigate technical requirements and create a roadmap for migrating the application to a new environment.
• Provide accurate estimates for migration efforts and future technical implementations.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency with the .NET Stack and .NET Framework MVC.
• Hands-on experience with client-side technologies including jQuery and JavaScript.
• Proficiency in SQL Server for data access and management.
• Ability to solve complex problems independently and within a team setting.
• Proven ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on practical implementation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading technical roadmaps for environment migrations.
• Background in legacy system modernization.
