Description

You will design and build enterprise applications using Java, Angular, and React, ensuring zero-downtime production environments and alignment with enterprise architecture. You will drive performance engineering, integrate AI tools like Claude Code or Copilot into daily workflows, and support compliance requirements including PCI and GLBA.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise applications using Java 8+, Spring 5, Hibernate, and front-end technologies like React or Angular.
• Ensure software designs align with client Enterprise Architecture and support zero downtime in production.
• Drive performance engineering and provide guidance to other developers on resilient, secure, and scalable architecture.
• Integrate LLMs, apply prompt engineering, and utilize agentic patterns in daily development.
• Collaborate with business partners on product roadmaps and ensure compliance with security standards like PCI and GLBA.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of industry experience in software development.
• Proficiency in J2EE, Java 8 or higher, JSP, Servlets, Spring 5, and Hibernate.
• Experience with databases including Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
• Strong front-end skills in HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, and either React or Angular.
• Experience with web services (SOAP/RESTful) and application servers like WebSphere, JBoss, or Tomcat.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Maven, Gradle, Chef, and Sonar.
• Experience with LLM integration, prompt engineering, and agentic patterns.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI tools such as Claude Code or Copilot.
• Knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
