Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and customize Oracle ERP modules to align with business requirements during implementation projects.
- Develop custom forms, reports, interfaces, workflows, and extensions using Oracle development tools and frameworks.
- Create and modify Oracle ERP APIs, web services, and integrations to support seamless data flow between systems.
- Build and enhance Oracle Fusion Middleware components for Oracle Cloud ERP implementations and integration requirements.
- Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical specifications for ERP implementation projects.
- Participate in all phases of the ERP implementation lifecycle including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Configure and customize Oracle ERP modules to support business processes ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Assist in data migration activities including data extraction, transformation, and loading using appropriate migration tools.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Oracle ERP and external systems using various middleware platforms and technologies.
- Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and support user acceptance testing to ensure quality deliverables.
- Debug and resolve issues identified during testing phases ensuring high-quality solutions meet all requirements.
- Optimize Oracle ERP applications for performance, scalability, and reliability during and after implementation phases.
- Monitor system performance and implement tuning strategies for database queries, reports, and workflow processes.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including business analysts, functional consultants, and project managers for successful implementation.
- Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders providing clarity on solutions, timelines, and project deliverables.
- Ensure all development activities adhere to organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Implement security best practices in Oracle ERP solutions including role-based access control and data encryption measures.
Experience Required: 3-7 years of experience in Oracle ERP development, with at least 2 years focused on ERP implementation projects. Hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 or Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP required.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
