Description

You will manage L2 production support, troubleshoot technical incidents, and maintain system health using observability tools and scripting.

Responsibilities

• Debug and resolve production incidents, work orders, and change requests.
• Monitor system health and performance using Splunk and Dynatrace.
• Execute SQL queries and Unix shell scripts to investigate and fix technical issues.
• Manage service requests and changes within established ITIL processes.
• Coordinate incident resolution through clear communication.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of IT experience in L2 production support.
• Proficiency in SQL for data investigation.
• Hands-on experience with Unix shell scripting.
• Experience using Splunk for log analysis and monitoring.
• Experience using Dynatrace for application performance monitoring.
• Working knowledge of ITIL processes.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Fundamental understanding of Java.
