You will engineer and maintain full-stack services in the financial sector.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop backend services using Java and Rust.
• Build APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Optimize application performance, memory usage, and latency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system architecture and product requirements.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in full stack Java development.
• Proficiency in Java and Rust.
• Experience with CI/CD Pipelines.
• Ability to design and develop backend services.
• Experience building APIs and distributed systems.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
• Strong technical communication skills, including documentation and presentations.
