Description

You will manage and support infrastructure, hardware, and lab operations to ensure engineering stability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stability labs and manage physical equipment inventory including servers, desktops, and peripherals.
• Oversee Windows and software inventory, managing version control, patch updates, and WSL configurations.
• Manage asset tracking, checkout processes, and component readiness for testing.
• Set up and manage simulation environments using VMs and emulators.
• Validate OEM hardware updates, BIOS updates, and custom patches for compatibility.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure, lab operations, or IT support roles.
• Hands-on experience with hardware tools and lab equipment management.
• Proficiency with Windows OS and configuration management.
• Experience with software version control.
• Practical knowledge of VMs and emulators.
• Experience managing Linux environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues.
• Experience with asset tracking and inventory management systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with OEM partner test validation.
