You will lead system study, analysis, and design initiatives for large-scale IT projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead system study, analysis, and design for large-scale IT projects.
• Conduct data modeling and develop database components using Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex system and data issues to identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Write technical specifications, process documentation, and system architecture diagrams.
• Mentor junior developers and analysts on coding standards and methodologies.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in systems study, design, and programming.
• 6+ years of experience in a lead capacity.
• 7+ years of experience in systems analysis, specification development, and documentation.
• 5+ years of hands-on Oracle database development.
• 7+ years of experience with PL/SQL, Python, and/or Java for data manipulation and integration.
• Proficiency in SQL and Oracle.
• Strong systems analysis and data modeling skills.
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
