Description

You will design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow solutions for banking clients.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Customize ServiceNow instances via screen tailoring, workflow administration, scripting, and custom app development.
• Manage the full technical lifecycle including data imports, third-party integrations, and system upgrades.
• Maintain testing protocols to certify application usability during instance upgrades.
• Drive enhancements to improve scalability, reliability, and performance of platform solutions.
• Create system design documentation, run books, and audit materials.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of ServiceNow platform experience in development and implementation.
• Hands-on expertise with Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Catalog, and SLM modules.
• Proficiency with Flow Designer, ACLs, server-side APIs, and client-side APIs.
• Experience with Import Sets, transformations, update sets, system clones, and upgrades.
• Proven track record developing custom scoped applications.
• Technical stack proficiency in Java, J2EE, Servlet, JSP, XML, AJAX, SQL, jQuery, and JavaScript.
• Experience with REST APIs and MID Server configuration.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of HRSD, CSM, and Automated Test Framework (ATF).
• Familiarity with ITOM modules (Event Management, Integrations, Orchestration) and CMDB/Discovery.
• Knowledge of the Financial Services domain.
