Description

Sr. Software Engineer responsible for developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting a suite of software applications with minimal supervision. You will partner with cross-functional teams to build and launch client-specific data projects, ensuring high code quality and adherence to standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot current software applications and event-driven API systems.
• Build and troubleshoot scalable, multi-tenanted SaaS applications and fault-tolerant, queue-based data pipelines (ETL).
• Develop monitoring tools and ensure automated CI/CD processes run as expected.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and create onboarding documentation to maintain code quality and security.
• Collaborate within Agile/Scrum teams to deliver full end-to-end solutions and interact with external vendor engineering teams.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business, or equivalent experience (high school diploma + equivalent experience).
• Minimum 4 years of software development with higher-level object-oriented languages.
• Strong proficiency in .NET framework with C#.
• Experience with NoSQL and relational normalized database architecture; advanced knowledge of MSSQL and complex SQL query optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Angular or ReactJS for frontend integration.
• Proficiency in consuming and troubleshooting web-based API systems.
• Experience with containerization, Kubernetes, and cloud providers (AWS, Azure, Google, IBM Cloud).
• Advanced Git usage and understanding of log files.
• Minimum 2 years identifying and applying security best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building scalable, multi-tenanted SaaS applications.
• Proven track record of onboarding and mentoring other developers.
