Description

You will own the full software lifecycle for complex embedded systems, from specification through integration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, analyze, and document software specifications for embedded systems.
• Implement, test, and integrate designs to meet functional requirements.
• Make efficient design choices and create clear technical documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physics, mechatronics, and factory departments.

Required Skills

• 5 to 10 years of experience in large-scale software applications and embedded programming.
• Proficiency in C and C++.
• Experience with Unix/Linux environments.
• Strong knowledge of Python.
• Experience with real-time systems and VxWorks.
• Working knowledge of Matlab and UML.
• Solid understanding of Object Oriented Programming (OOP) and design patterns.
• Experience working within Agile and Scrum frameworks.

Education

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Informatics, Embedded Systems, or an equivalent field.
