You will develop and deliver ServiceNow software solutions and automated workflow processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build ServiceNow software solutions using JavaScript, Jelly, and web technologies.
• Develop customized portal web pages using Bootstrap and AngularJS.
• Implement automated workflow solutions by collaborating with functional and admin teams.
• Write advanced scripts for business rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, ACLs, and Workflow Activities.
• Deliver large-scale enhancements to Change Management, Incident, Problem, and Knowledge modules.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and Jelly.
• Experience with REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML.
• Strong front-end skills in HTML and CSS.
• Hands-on experience with Bootstrap and AngularJS.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow best practices.
• Ability to develop and extend ServiceNow modules and functionality.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with large-scale ServiceNow implementations.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM modules beyond Incident and Change.
