Description

You will own the technical delivery for Siebel CRM integration, administration, and process engagements.

Responsibilities

• Develop integration solutions between Siebel Applications and external systems.
• Design data entities and support EIM mapping and data loads using Siebel EAI to third-party systems.
• Establish development standards and manage release processes for application changes.
• Coordinate analysis and design sessions to translate requirements into technical designs for Siebel implementations.
• Review team deliverables to ensure they meet client expectations regarding quality and timelines.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in CRM project implementation, specifically Oracle/Siebel.
• Strong expertise in Siebel EAI, Web Services, VBC, and XML integration techniques.
• Proficiency in Siebel application integration architecture and functionality.
• Experience with Oracle databases in the context of Siebel deployments.
• Familiarity with the SDLC process throughout the system development lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience building application, integration, and reporting solutions.
• Ability to define system architecture and deploy thin clients via server administration.
