Design and implement complex, scalable software solutions across the full development lifecycle.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable architectures and complex backend solutions.
• Write high-quality, maintainable code using Test Driven Development (TDD) practices.
• Lead code reviews to ensure adherence to standards and provide technical feedback.
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical problems to improve system reliability.
• Maintain technical documentation and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• 6-8 years of professional software development experience.
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience with PHP and Laravel.
• 2-3 years of experience practicing Test Driven Development (TDD).
• Strong proficiency in writing unit and integration tests.
• Deep understanding of backend development, databases, and application infrastructure design.
• Experience with database scaling, design, ORM, transactions, and deadlocks.
• Proficiency with Git and hosting services like GitHub or Bitbucket.
• Experience with Dockerization and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of real-time communication using websockets.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS, NodeJS, and MongoDB.
• Knowledge of architecture, design patterns, and SaaS application development.
