Description

Lead the design and delivery of cloud-native distributed microservices to solve complex business problems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Own implementation architecture decisions for product features, refactoring, and EOSL requirements.
• Build and manage cross-functional technical teams including software, quality, and reliability engineers.
• Lead production troubleshooting and resolve customer issues under pressure.
• Mentor and coach junior and senior engineers to improve technical execution.
• Drive technical documentation, including runbooks, support, and end-user guides.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on mainstream Java and SpringBoot.
• 7+ years of experience with cloud technologies including GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• 7+ years designing and developing cloud-native microservices using GCP SDKs and Kubernetes/GKE.
• 7+ years of experience with TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• 7+ years of experience deploying software via Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code, Helm Charts, and Terraform constructs.
• Strong understanding of distributed microservice-based architectures.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with big data processing using Dataflow, Apache Beam, BigQuery, or PubSub.
• Background in highly regulated environments and managing DevSec/FinOps KPIs.
• Proficiency with relational databases like SQL Server or MySQL.
