Description

You will own software engineering responsibilities focused on support, tooling, and product contribution.

Responsibilities

  • Triage and respond to support requests from engineers.
  • Extract data from logs and other sources to debug, identify root causes, and determine owners.
  • Develop basic tools and test cases to improve support speed and quality.
  • Manage and escalate support queries using advanced data tools for deep issue analysis.
  • Provide product development insights and contribute to the product roadmap.

Required Skills

  • 2-3 years of hands-on software programming experience in C++, Java, or Python developing small to medium applications.
  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Databases and Linux.
  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience with the design, implementation, deployment, training, or testing of machine learning models.
  • Basic knowledge of machine learning models and algorithm types.
  • Understanding of high-level building blocks of AI implementation.
