Description

You will serve as a senior software engineer responsible for critical support, development, and system health for Oracle HCM environments.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships with business users and vendors, planning future product enhancements.
• Triage non-SPP supported incidents and coordinate resolution for major incidents following CIP.
• Own and update problem tickets, documenting and facilitating permanent resolution for recurring incidents.
• Act as first-level support and guide the development team when engaging HRST.
• Manage application security, including AD Groups and Sail Point entitlements.
• Serve as IT Subject Matter Expert (SME) during projects, providing input on RFPs and design.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a software development or functional support role.
• High proficiency as an Oracle HCM Developer using HDLs/PBLs and Fast Formulas.
• Functional knowledge supporting Core HR and Workforce Compensation applications.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems support.
• Strong development skills in Java, JavaScript, .NET, HTML, or Informatica.
• Expert knowledge of SQL or NoSQL databases, specifically Oracle.
• Experience with Agile software development and test-driven development.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical design specifications.
• Proficiency with Boomi/Apigee.
