Description

Lead the architecture and implementation of a Customer 360 solution by connecting customer master data with CRM and ERP transactional feeds.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Translate business use cases into technical datasets required from Salesforce, SAP, and Oracle systems.
• Design data models to connect transactional datasets with Customer Master Golden records.
• Identify necessary augmentations within Informatica IDMC C360 MDM to support integration.
• Optimize connected datasets for reporting visualizations and AI-based conversational agents.
• Lead demos and conference room pilot sessions with stakeholders to refine requirements and wireframes.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise data architecture, data modeling, and MDM.
• Build conceptual, logical, and physical data models for data lakes and warehouses.
• Proficiency with relational databases including Oracle, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Cassandra.
• Deep understanding of data lifecycle management, integration, governance, and semantic consistency.
• Strong knowledge of Customer Master concepts, design principles, and SaaS architecture.
• Experience working with CRM (Salesforce) and ERP (SAP, Oracle) data structures.
• Proven ability to lead workshops and technical demos for senior business stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with IDMC Customer 360 concepts and design principles.
• Exposure to Spotfire reporting dashboard design.
