Description

Design and deploy scalable microservices and serverless architectures in public cloud environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement RESTful APIs with versioning, pagination, error handling, and authentication.
• Build event-driven systems using Kafka Streams, SQS, and SNS.
• Manage data using NoSQL stores and RDS within AWS infrastructure.
• Deploy and monitor services using CI/CD pipelines and observability tools.
• Collaborate in Agile environments using Scrum or Kanban methodologies.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in public cloud infrastructure development and deployment.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, Python, Node.js, or Java.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services including Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, API Gateway, and OpenSearch.
• Strong understanding of NoSQL data stores and RESTful API design.
• Experience with Kafka Streams and event-driven programming.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and automated testing frameworks.
• Experience using observability tools such as New Relic, SignalFx, or Splunk.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Graph databases.
• Familiarity with Design Thinking.
