Responsibilities

• Manage team output, engineering practices, and collaboration standards for one or more technology teams.
• Set technical guidance and expectations for the engineering organization.
• Host and manage applications on AWS cloud platforms.
• Implement modern design patterns and system design principles.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software development experience.
• 2+ years of experience leading and managing engineering teams.
• Hands-on experience with Java and Spring.
• Experience with microservices and React.
• Proficiency with AWS cloud platforms.
• Experience with Spark and Data Pipelines.
• Strong system design and engineering best practices.
