Description

You will lead technology teams focused on full-stack development while maintaining hands-on engineering responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage one or more technology teams, setting clear expectations for output and collaboration.
• Establish engineering practices and provide technical guidance to ensure code quality.
• Oversee the hosting and management of applications on AWS cloud platforms.
• Drive engineering best practices using modern design patterns and system design principles.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software development.
• 2+ years of experience leading and managing engineering teams.
• Hands-on proficiency in Java and React.
• Experience with microservices architecture and full-stack development.
• Proven ability to host and manage applications on AWS.
• Strong understanding of system design and modern design patterns.
• Ability to make technical decisions and communicate effectively.
