You will design and implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions to meet business requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions and configurations.
• Use Marketing Cloud Connect to integrate Salesforce CRM with Marketing Cloud for seamless data flow.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create and optimize customer journeys and campaigns.
• Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to Marketing Cloud Connect and data integrity.
• Develop and maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and best practices.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Marketing Cloud Connect.
• Proficiency in SQL and data management within Marketing Cloud.
• Experience with AMPscript and Journey Builder.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for email and landing page development.
• Solid understanding of marketing automation principles.
• Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM integration.
• Experience developing custom applications or integrations using APIs.
