Description

You will own the technical direction and execution for software development efforts, leading one or more technology teams with a focus on full-stack development.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineering teams, defining guidance, expectations, and collaboration practices.
• Define technical direction and oversee execution of software development efforts.
• Implement modern design patterns and system design principles across the stack.
• Host and manage applications on Cloud platforms, specifically AWS.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of experience leading and managing engineering teams.
• Expertise in Java and Springboot.
• Hands-on experience developing Microservices.
• Proficiency with React for front-end development.
• Experience deploying and managing applications on AWS and other Cloud Platforms.
• Understanding of modern engineering best practices and system design.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with additional Cloud Platforms beyond AWS.
