Description

Design and implement efficient solutions for complex software problems, from small tasks to large-scale efforts. Research technical approaches to recommend effective solutions. Write, test, and deploy code following established standards. Partner with competency leads and developers to support technical design and solution deployment. Collaborate within diverse project teams to drive continuous improvement in business processes and delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement efficient solutions for complex software problems.
• Research and evaluate alternative technical approaches to recommend effective solutions.
• Write, test, and deploy code following established departmental and organizational standards.
• Partner with competency leads and developers to support technical design and solution deployment.
• Collaborate within diverse project teams to drive continuous improvement in business processes and delivery methodologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience using object-oriented or functional programming.
• 5+ years of experience building enterprise-level software with Java, J2EE, and Spring Boot.
• 2+ years of experience with Azure cloud development.
• 2+ years of experience with message broker systems such as Kafka or MQ.
• 2+ years of experience with data technologies including SQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.
• Experience using GitHub and Maven for source code and dependency management.
• Experience configuring CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
• Bachelor’s Degree.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Agile environments and building integrated tests.
• 3+ years of experience integrating RESTful APIs or web services with user interfaces.
• 1+ years of UI development experience using Angular or React.
