Description

You will develop and integrate commercial off-the-shelf applications with purpose-built systems in a warehouse management environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute component-level software development, fixes, and feature enhancements using established programming guidelines.
• Analyze system requirements and provide technical guidance, oversight, and specification development for assigned projects.
• Diagnose complex issues, recommend resolution plans, and partner with vendors or managed service providers to resolve security and technical blockers.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical leaders to strategize on delivery approaches, dependency management, and process improvements.
• Maintain high-quality, secure code and create technical documentation, procedures, and work instructions for development and operations teams.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in software development and technology support.
• Strong proficiency in Java and J2EE development.
• Experience with SOA, Microservices, RESTful Web Services, and APIs.
• Solid understanding of the SDLC, including requirements, analysis, design, implementation, and testing.
• Practical knowledge of Agile, DevOps, and testing concepts such as CI/CD and TDD.
• Experience designing and implementing scalable, high-volume software systems and SaaS solutions.
• Competency in object-oriented programming and design principles.
• Technical familiarity with XML, Pro*C, Perl, HTML, PHP, and JSP.
• Ability to work within large, heterogeneous enterprise environments and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with .NET development.
