Description

You will operate and maintain an innovation lab for cloud-native product modernization and proof-of-concept development.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop full-stack proof-of-concept demonstrations using Java and React on AWS, adhering to USPTO cybersecurity policies.
• Design and implement automated DevSecOps pipelines incorporating USPTO tools and infrastructure as code.
• Integrate composable data system principles to improve the flexibility and scalability of data systems.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while optimizing DevSecOps processes for performance.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
• Proficiency in Java and React (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript).
• Experience with AWS Cloud services (S3, SageMaker, Redshift), Azure, and GCP.
• Strong programming skills in Terraform and GitLab pipelines.
• Experience designing and implementing DevSecOps workflows.
• Familiarity with containerization using Docker.
• Ability to maintain a Public Trust clearance per USPTO regulations.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
