Description

You will ensure software quality across web, mobile, and transit-specific hardware applications. You will collaborate with development teams to drive continuous quality improvements and work with production support to resolve live issues.

Responsibilities

• Execute testing across Agile and Waterfall development lifecycles.
• Perform software installation and testing directly on devices.
• Verify, validate, and resolve live production issues.
• Drive continuous quality improvements within development teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software QA experience.
• Proficiency with automation tools including Selenium and Appium.
• Experience with API testing using Postman or Swagger.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and Oracle databases.
• Working knowledge of UNIX environments.
• Experience using JIRA, JAMA, TFS, and SharePoint.
• Familiarity with Angular services and Jasper Reports.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Open/Closed Payment Transit Systems such as TVM, TOM, ATM, contactless devices, or smart cards.
• API automation using Apache Karate, Rest Assured, or similar frameworks.
• UI automation using Selenium with BDD.
