Description

You will lead automation testing for web-based and microservices applications, owning the framework design and CI/CD integration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain reusable automation frameworks using Page Object Model and Data Driven approaches.
• Develop test scripts in Selenium with Python or Java to validate UI and database functionality.
• Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines and manage the full defect lifecycle.
• Write test plans, estimate effort, and mentor junior QA team members on new testing tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in automation testing for complex web applications.
• Strong proficiency in object-oriented programming using Python or Java.
• Expertise in Selenium WebDriver (Selenium Grid 4 preferred).
• Experience testing RESTful APIs using tools like Postman.
• Proficiency in SQL for database and ETL testing.
• Experience working in Agile/SCRUM environments.
• Working knowledge of AWS fundamentals and cloud-based test execution.
• Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, and XML validation.
• Experience with Unix/Linux command line, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Preferred Skills

• Healthcare industry experience.
• Automation leadership experience in Agile/SCRUM environments.
• ISTQB or comparable QA certifications.
