Description

You will own the end-to-end testing lifecycle for web-based and mobile applications within a hybrid automation and manual testing framework.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test strategies prioritizing automation for reusability and maintainability.
• Manage the full defect lifecycle from initial reporting through to closure.
• Develop, maintain, and execute test cases and automated scripts in an Agile environment.
• Prepare test data and provide UAT support for data requirements.
• Mentor testing team members and conduct POC research for new tools and processes.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in automation and manual testing for complex web-based projects.
• Hands-on experience with Python for test automation; Java experience is acceptable if willing to transition.
• Proficiency in SQL for backend and ETL testing, including creating and modifying queries.
• Experience testing REST APIs and web services using tools like Postman.
• Practical knowledge of Unix/Linux command line environments.
• Working experience with AWS fundamentals and core concepts for test development.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and running automation via CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or AWS tools.
• Strong proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience within the healthcare industry.
